Abstract

This research studies problems and factors affecting achievement of academic works making among teachers of Physical Education Institute in the fields of; personal reasons, academic works makings, knowledge, potential and experiences, environment at work, support from colleagues, and support from the departments. There were 40 research samples selected from the population of professors and assistant professors in the Physical Education Institute. The research tool used in this study was a survey form. The data were analyzed using mean and standard deviation. The results of the research synthesis found that teachers of Physical Education Institute have obstacles in making academic work at a medium level except for the problem of workloads which teachers did have responsibilities at a high level. However, the factors affecting the achievement of academic work among teachers of the Physical Education Institute were also at a high level.
